My name is Maria de Fatima Domingues Cortez , I was born in Portugal but for more than 36 years I have lived in beautiful Holland. I live with my husband Feliciano, my son Daniel and my two dogs Napoleon and Nikita near Amsterdam.
I started making teddy's in 1982 during the pregnancy of Daniel. Soon I began to dress the teddy's with my son's clothes, and all of my friends loved it. In the beginning I only made teddy's for myself and some of my friends and family, but now my house has became too small to keep them all. Some of my teddy's have been adopted all over the world.
All my teddy's are handmade by me. I use only the finest German mohair.
